Initial Consultation
In this visit, the pet sitter meets the family and the pet(s) and vice versa. We will answer any
questions you have, complete the necessary paperwork, discuss instructions on caring for
your pet, tour the home, and transfer keys. We reserve the right to refuse assignments.
COMPLIMENTARY
Regular Visit
Our most popular choice. Good for supervised feedings, walks, and play. This pet sitting visit
is great for a pet needing exercise, love, attention, and companionship during the day while
you are at work or away from the house. We customize the visit to your pet's needs. Ball
throwing, dog walking, feeding, watering, etc. Depending on the amount of time you are
away, pets may require more visits.

Extended Visit
This pet sitting visit is best for multiple pet homes, longer dog walking or play time, and pets
that require special attention. It is also good to help puppies expend energy so that you can
rest when you get home!
$25
Because we are dedicated to providing the best care to your pet family,
households with 4 or more pets may only be offered the extended visit. We factor in time for
clean up and individual attention for each pet. This will be evaluated during the consultation
to determine the appropriate number and length of visits to adequately care for your pets.
Travel Charge:
We serve the Tri-cities, Tennessee
(Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol) and
surrounding areas.
We use mapquest to look up
the mileage from our office
to your home.
Up to 10 miles from our office -NO CHARGE
Each mile after 10 -$1.00 per mile
Payments:
Payment is due prior to or on scheduled service date. With permission you may leave a check
in full and the completed paperwork for the first visit.
We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo and Paypal (we can send you an invoice so that you can pay with a
credit card-you have to have a paypal account).
****If you forget to leave your payment there will be a $10 late payment fee assessed to the
balance owed.
****If a check that you write us is returned, you will be responsible for the Returned Check
Fee of $25.
Gratuities are accepted and appreciated!
Cancellations: PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY !!!!!!!!!!!
We do require a 50% deposit to hold future dates. If cancellations are made
with 5 days notice-your deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations with less than
5 days notice forfeits your deposit.
These requirements are to better serve all of our clients who are trying to reserveappointments. Thank you in advance for your consideration!
Additional Charges:
Pricing above is based on 1-2 pets, any additional pets- $2 each additional pet per pet sitting
visit
Holidays- $8 additional per visit for pet sitting on holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day,
Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas
Day)
Extended hours- $5 additional per visit for pet sitting visits requested before
8am and after 9pm
Key Return Charge-$10 - Most of our clients provide Peace of Mind a key to keep on file. Due
to unforseen circumstances that may keep you from returning home as scheduled we will
not lock the key inside the house on the last visit. The only alternative would be to leave the
key in a designated outside location so that we may reach your pets in case of emergency.
If you wish for us to keep your key and return it upon your arrival there will be a $10 key
return charge.
